Walkthrough:
- Start the quest by talking to the cook who is located on the ground floor of Lumbridge castle. He tells you about the terrible mess he is in, he has no ingredients to make a cake for the Duke’s birthday. He asks for your assistance.
- To get flour, you firstly need a pot. There are always pots available on the table where the cook is located, just pick up one or maybe two pots. It would be advisable to pick up a bucket while you’re here, you can find a bucket in the basement of the castle. The trapdoor down into the basement is located in the same room as the cook
- Walk out of the castle and back onto the road. Walk north past the Lumbridge guide, Doomsayer and all the combat tutors towards the shop. Carry on north past the sheep field then follow the road west. You will come to a road that takes you north to the mill. DON’T TAKE THIS PATH YET.
- You must firstly obtain some wheat to make the flour; a wheat field is conveniently located just to the west of the mill. Pick some flour and then walk slightly east going north towards the mill on the first turning.
- Enter the mill and climb the two staircases onto the top floor.
- Use the grain with the hopper then operate the hopper controls
- Climb back down the two staircases and empty the flour bin. You now have a pot of flour.
- Walk back to the castle and pass over the bridge
- Walk north past the cow field until you reach a place where there are lots of chickens and a farmer (not Fred the farmer) Pick up the egg which is usually in the centre of the pen.
- This is where you will need a bucket. Walk south back to the cow field and milk the dairy cow.
- You now have all the items required to complete the quest so walk or home teleport back to Lumbridge castle and talk to the cook to receive your reward
